Truckee Canal lining

TCID describes an EIS-scale lining need of 12.7 miles. Reclamation lined 3.56 miles in Phase 1, completed May 22, 2024. Unaddressed miles remain.

Martis Creek Reservoir storage
Minimum pool, no public timeline · last confirmed September 2026
The Corps lists a 20,400 acre-foot flood pool and says the lake is held at minimum pool. Reclamation's 2023 Truckee WMOP modeled flood operations with and without Martis in service. This site found no public reactivation timeline.
